About Me
I work with people who are ready to stop reacting to their lives and start leading them.
If that's why you're here, you're probably in the right place.
Before becoming a coach...
Before becoming a coach, I spent twenty years in executive roles within international businesses and investment firms. I know what it's like to carry responsibility, navigate uncertainty, and keep moving forward. For a long time, I thought that was exactly what success required.

And it worked. I built a successful career, took on more responsibility, achieved many of the things I'd once worked so hard for and kept moving forward. And then one day I realised the version of success I'd been taught to pursue was no longer enough.

The habits that had helped me build a career by working harder, solving problems, and always moving forward were no  longer taking me where I wanted to go. They had become the very things keeping me disconnected from myself.
It was the realisation that I wasn't chasing another achievement, or trying to become a better version of myself. I was trying to reconnect with the person underneath the roles, the expectations and the constant pressure to perform.

Looking back, I don't think it was a crisis at all. I think it was the moment I finally gave myself permission to listen to a voice that had been there all along, waiting beneath the noise of achievement. That was the moment I found myself asking, "Is this the life I truly want to be living?"

That experience changed the direction of my life, and it also changed the way I understand people, success, achievement, and leadership.

Today...

Today, I don't believe the answer is always to push harder, achieve more, or become someone different. I believe real change begins when we create enough space to hear ourselves again. This is when clarity returns, decisions become easier, and success no longer comes at the expense of who we are.

Much of  how I  work is shaped by ontological coaching principles: the  idea that real change happens not just by shifting what someone does, but by shifting how they see themselves and the world around them. Language, emotion and the body all play a part in that.

I don't tell people what to do or who to become. I hold up something they often can't see on their own, the patterns and beliefs running their decisions, the way you can't see your own reflection without a mirror.

For the past few years, I've been exploring happiness through the lens of positive psychology, with a particular focus on what helps people and teams remain grounded, resilient and engaged, even in times of uncertainty and change.

I've worked alongside people from many different cultures, industries, and backgrounds. Those experiences made me realise that a role, a goal, or even the problem someone brings to a session is never the whole story. What actually matters is the person carrying all of it, and that's where I choose to begin.

Things I Believe
Confidence doesn't come from having all the answers. It grows from keeping promises to yourself.
If you're constantly judging others, it may be worth asking what you're protecting within yourself.
Every meaningful change starts with a willingness to see yourself honestly.
